• From seated
• Bring the soles of the feet together (prayer with feet)
• Let the knees drop open
• The closer the feet are to the groin the deeper the stretch
• Grab ankles, inhale and sit up tall
• Exhale, lead with the chest and forward fold over toes
• Use your elbows to press the knees closer to the floor
• For fullest expression, walk the hands out forward
• Stay here for 5 breaths then rest!
