• From down dog
• Inhale lift the right leg to sky
• Exhale lunge the right foot between hands
• Walk your right foot to your left hand and drop your right knee to the right hand so that your right shin is parallel to the front edge of your mat
• Flex the right heel to protect the right knee
• Square the hips to the floor
• Spin the left inner thigh up to the sky
• Go to your forearms or lay all the way into the pose
• Try and keep a flat back by giving yourself a cobra in the chest
• Modification- place a block under your right sit bone and bring the right heel in
• Stay here for 5 breaths then switch sides
