• From supine (laying on back) with your legs extended out
• Plant your hands on the floor and with a big inhale lift your legs and hips off the ground and push your feet over your head
• If you are having trouble staying here, place your hands on your mid back closest to your shoulder blades
• Avoid looking around so not to tweak the neck
• Other options are bending the knees around the ears or straightening the legs and resting the tops of the feet on the floor
• To come out, plant the palms, take a big inhale and slowly roll out of this and take a break
