• Come to seated position with legs extended out
• Bend right knee
• Bring the sole of right foot to rest on inner left thigh as close to groin as possible
• Sit up nice and tall
• Inhale, arms to the sky
• Leading with the heart, exhale forward fold over the left leg
• Reaching for left foot but stopping before your back begins to round
• Ground down through the outer right thigh as it will open the right hip
• Rotate your right ribs towards your inner left thigh so there is a little twist
• Press your inner left foot forward and pull your outer left foot back
• Keep your Left leg straight
• Toes stay flexed
• Stay here for five breaths then switch sides
