• Legs out in front of you from seated position
• Bend the right knee, slide right foot as close to groin as you can
• Sitting up nice and tall
• Plant right hand 6 inches – 1 foot behind right hip
• Inhale left arm up to sky
• Exhale bend left elbow and hook it to the outside of right knee (Left hand reaching to sky palm faces to the side)
• Glance over the right shoulder
• Maybe climb on right fingertips of right hand (helps give length, bring the right shoulder down back)
• Press the inner left foot forward and pull the outer left foot back
• Bring the belly to the spine and lift the chest
• Stay here for five breaths then switch sides
