• From forward fold with your feet hips distance apart toes slightly face inward
• Bend knees as deep as you need to slide palms under the fronts of the feet
So that your toes touch your inner wrist
• Inhale, glance out flatten the back
• Exhale fold forward, relax head and neck, bending elbows to opposite directions
• Firm the thighs
• Hug the inner legs towards each other
• Shoulders away from ears
• Crown of head to earth
• Eventually start playing with straightening your legs
• Stay here for 5 breaths then release
