• From crescent pose with your right foot forward and your left foot back
• Exhale, hands to your heart center in prayer fashion
• Inhale as you lean forward with only your chest
• Exhale twist opposite elbow to opposite knee
• For prayer balancing twist
• Keep driving the back heel to the back of the room
• If left hip is falling down towards mat, push your left thigh bone/femur to the ceiling
• If right hip is pooching out to side of the room, pull the right hip back into tailbone
• Pushing against right knee with left elbow, open the chest
• Try to get hands as close to heart center as possible by getting the elbows stacked
• Mini back bend in shoulder blades
• Keep the neck long
• Stay here for 5 breaths then switch sides
