• Come into a low squat with your knees together and feet together
• Twist from mid torso and hooking left elbow on to the outside of right knee
• Place left hand near the outer edge of right foot
• Position right hand shoulder distance away, facing the same direction
• Lean out to the right and think chaturanga arms (elbow stack over wrist)
• Lift both feet off the ground stacking the left leg on top of the right leg like fire logs
• Think cobra in the chest and keep your elbows in
• Maintain a still forward gaze while engaging core
• Take five breaths here and then take a break
