• Start with your feet 3-3.5 feet apart with your right leg forward and your left leg back
• Your back heel is spun down and pointing forward
• Place your hands in reverse prayer behind your back or press your knuckles together behind the back
• Take a big inhale and fold half way forward, stop at the point where you feel like you’re about to round in your upper back
• Start with the toes lifting and your thighs firming
• Hug your upper inner legs closer together and work to push your right hip back and pull your left hip forward
• Think cobra with the chest and lead with the crown of the head forward
• Stay here for five breath then switch sides
