• Start in dolphin pose
• Forearms to mat facing forward
• Elbows shoulder distance apart
• Hands come straight out from elbows and fingers are spread as wide as possible
• Stare at the spot right between the forearms for your dristi or gaze
• Bring one leg to sky and hop up with your legs split
• Once you are vertical and both legs are together, rap the upper outer arms back
• Belly to the spine
• Firm the thighs
• Big toes touch heels slightly apart
• Point through the balls of the feet
• Take 5 breaths here then rest in child’s pose
