• Start seated with legs straight out in front of you
• Point toes down
• Place your hands one foot behind you
• Fingers should face forward towards feet
• Inhale, lift hips up in line with shoulders
• Letting head fall down back
• Arms straight
• Legs squeeze together
• Eventually feet are flat on floor
• Take a big inhale and lift the hips, exhale hips on mat then take a break
