• Starting in Plow pose place the hands on the mid back closest to the shoulder blades and snuggle the elbows closer towards each other
• On and inhale lift your legs up to the sky
• Press your hips towards your head and your legs in the opposite direction to straighten things out
• Draw in the stomach
• Firm the thighs
• Get the big toes to touch but slightly separate the heels
• Point through the balls of the toes
• If you are compressing in your neck or cannot get straight, the use of stacking blankets as a modification under your shoulders is helpful
• Stay here for 5 breaths then go back to plow pose and roll out of it
