• From table top
• Bring knees together
• Open feet jus wider then hips distance
• Slowly walk hands back to knees, as you slowly sit the hips directly between feet
• Top of feet should stay on the mat
• If hips don’t reach mat, bring feet closer to sit on heels or block
• Lions breath by taking a deep inhale through the nose and hold the breath at the top
• Firm the whole body clenching the fist, curling the toes and scrunching the face
• Exhale, release everything, reach the tongue toward chin, looking up with the eyes, and spreading the fingers and toes as you make an audible exhale out the mouth like lion (haaaaa sound)
