• From Tadasana, Inhale and bring palms together at heart center
• Exhale, soften the knees and fold forward by hinging at the hips. Lead with the chest while reaching both arms toward feet.
• For modified, keep the knees bent.
• Place the palms on either side of the feet.
• Notice if the weight is in the heals bring more weight to the fronts of the feet so there is even distribution
• Gently tucking chin to chest
