• From warrior 2 with your right foot forward
• Looking over your front hand, flip your right palm up and reach it to the sky as you place your left hand on your left thigh
• Work to get both arms straight and be soft with the left palm so not to compress on the knee joint
• Rap your left outer arm down and rotate your right outer arm towards your face
• Try to keep the 90 degree angle in the right knee so we don’t loose any heat in the lower extremities
• Stay here for 5 breaths then switch sides
