This is for the seasoned yogi. Classes will be very strong and have a somewhat acrobatic approach to the sequencing and poses. It is recommended that you are well versed in all the fundamentals, intermediate and advanced postures before attempting this class. Teachers will be guiding you with the assumption that you posses a deeper knowledge of yoga and are strong, aware and confident in your practice.
